There are three methods of lubricating bearing.

1) Bearing without nipple, in sealed cover.

 a. take off the cover.
 b. clean out the used grease.
 c. fill the bearing with new grease

2) Bearing with nipple.

 Using the grease- gun, inject grease until it leaks from the outlet. 

3) Bearing, with attacted FREED GREASE CUPS

 This method constantly injects fresh grease.
We recommend using FREED grease cups as the best method.
